Help with Sports Jam USA

Anyone willing to help???
I just burnt Sports Jam USA and it works sorta kinda well except the fact that when you press the start button is does jack shit
I have sound, demos you name it. And yes before you ask i have checked my controlers and they work fine with other games.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

seems to be an corrupt image, download from another server and burn again!

if it was a corrupt image wouldnt it had not worked at all????
it says to apply a ppf but i have nfi how
i typed applyppf e-sjamu.cdi in a DOS window and got a bad command or file name.
i used a ppf that i got with a previous game ApplyPPF ver 2.0 and it said not enough peramaters
Apparently the ppf makes the controller work as its a jap ver . Please help ive burnt 2 coasters already

I would try to find out what the syntax is for the ppf program...

Usually you can get these by going to your DOS window and type out the program name and hit enter. So, just type in "ppf" and hit enter, and it should give you a list of syntax's...

So, you would then apply the command to the exe.. ie: ppf fix jam.cdi

dunno.. give it a go.

yes, type in applyppf whatever.ppf e-sjamu.cdi (applyppf.exe the ppf patch and the cdi must be in the same folder!)
when applyppf sais that it is correct patched, burn the cdi to cd-r and try, if this won´t work too, you image is damaged, and you must load another!

IT WORKED IT WORKED !!!
I downloaded a prog that does the ppf for me ( coz im lazy lol) and now where trying to be the best sportspeople in the world hehehe
Thats 5 games done now woohoo lol
