I get quite a few games like that. I don't use cdrecord for any of my games, I use CDRWin.
What I do is first isofix track03.iso, and then I join that, a padding data equal to (1032499200 - (track03 + trackxx.iso) [last track]) and then append the last track on the end. Then I work with that just as a full fixed track03.iso. The rest is just as usual for CDDA based games (ie. dahack + cdda).
