Against the rules to ask for files.

But check your SICE.dat file, should be in your windows\system32\drivers folder, open it with notepad.

If you have an AMD CPU turn off the pentium mode at the top.

Change your memory size, screen size etc here also. Save and restart the PC if you have Sice resident in the memory running.

I'm sorry, I thought it was against the rules only to ask for illegal files and not for all king of files.
