Does anyone knows what´s going on here?

Hello.

I have an HP 8100i latest firmware and DJ 3. I have burned some games and they all worked perfectly, and i have 2 images that i would like to burn. Soul Calibur-CNN and WSB2k2. So, i do the usual procedure, i get into DJ, load the CDI image and start burning. The process goes all the way and DJ reports that everything is fine. Now, when i insert the backup on my DC the CD player appears. If i insert the game in my computer´s CD, it launches the CD player. The media I´m using is Verbatim 80min Dark Blue (not a bad media), and it has worked with everything so far but these ones. When i see the media itself, you can see an small area where the CDR didnt burn anything. It´s always the same thing, the same place. I don´t think the problem are the images, because when i unrared them everything was ok. Am i missing something here? I tried modifying the values of DJ to Mode 2, and stuff like that, and I´ve already have enough coasters.... Please, help me on this one, what am i doing wrong?

is it a self-booting image? You may need to use a bootdisk.

Also, NEVER EVAR change the settings in DiscJuggler, each .CDI has it's own preset settings, SO DON'T TOUCH 'EM!

Yes, both are self booting images. Anyway, (just to be sure) i tried booting Utopia first and then I tried to load the games, but didn´t work. I´ve read everywhere that we are not supposed to change DJ´s settings, but i´ve also seen some posts here that confirms that sometimes it does help. My first coaster was using the parameters that DJ took from the CDI. The rest of them changing parameters randomly. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance...

i have read that the dc sometimes have probs whith dark blue medias, try to use another.
