Contact the publishers. There should be an address etc. at the back of the manual- Prove that you own a legal original, then they should be able to advise you on how to change language/ send you english disks.

Its obvious he has a copy.
As no-one in their right minds would pick up a german or other language version (which would say on the original box) and expect an english one. lol
