GTA San Andreas Crashes every 15-20 min!!!!

Well my 'every 15-20 minutes my game crashes' - problem stopped when I disabled several options in the pizza-trainer

Since I'm only usin unlimited health, unlimited ammo and stop mission time, it runs fine.
