Put in the original hdd and it boots fine and plays all games. My upgraded hdd
Is DEAD. Treid it out in another box with same results. Can't even format on my pc. Time for a new HDD this time Western Digital not Maxter. Thanks for all your help.

Yah, maxtors seem to die out
 Tiger-direct.com is having crazy sales on HDD's now. Most have mail-in rebates if you don'tmind em.
