Here's how I got it to work:
I have latest Alcohol installed with RMPS activated and I don't have Daemon Tools installed. But I installed latest BlindWrite to make a copy of the DVD. I used BlindWrite Tweaker to start BlindWrite and left all of the settings at default. I.e. Autoplay is enabled. (PS I burned at 4X.) I made a good copy and it worked fine, so I uninstalled BlindWrite. Ahh...but now it doesn't work anymore and I get the Insert Correct Disk Error. Sooo...I re-installed BlindWrite and now it works. My theory is that you have to have the Patin-Couffin drivers (from BW) installed to get this to work. Good luck.
