Here is what I did step by step:
1. Uninstalled TCM2005 and manually removed install directory
2. Re-installed TCM2005
3. Installed original 1.01 patch
4. Installed original 1.02 patch
5. Mounted "Fussball Manager 2005" mini-image (see http://dl.gamecopyworld.com/?d=2004&f=fm2005mini-image!rar ) using Daemon Tools
6. IMPORTANT!!!! -> Turned all emulations ON in Daemon Tools (Options->All_Emulations_ON)
7. Run TCM2005.exe

It worked just fine.

I did exactly as you did. But for me it's not working! It said: CD/DVD emulation software has been detected. Please disable all CD/DVD emulation software and re-start the game

You must unistall alcohol if you have it ,disabling first, the image drives that you have created and also unistall the cd clone if you have it.
