The message came up after completing the second stage (where ya got to round up 200 darwinians in the safe zone) and ESCaping from that zone.
Oh, another thing, it also deletes your profile/savegame.
But doesn't seem to do anything more than that.

Then the developers must have released a triggered version onto the Internet, because when you buy the full game, you can install it and play without the cd, and no further checks are made.



P.S. Remember, by posting that screenie, you are advertising the fact that you're using Warez games, which is not allowed here.

If it is a trigger version released by the developers, then it's not warez. It's a cool collectible.

The point of it was to make people like yourself download it thinking your getting it for free, and you did and it isnt working.

Its not a cool collectable, its thieving.

Caught red handed. Bad me. I've read the faq, so I know what may come of this. Sigh.

Otherwise since it's a release by the developers it's not exactly an illegal download since they themselves put it out in the wild, which makes it a legal download. And since it is such, I'll keep it.
