FIFA2005: commentary and ageing

At the moment I have Fifa2005, the dutch version, but commentary of Yoeri Mulder and Evert ten Apel are really boring me! So is it possible to get the English commentary??

And is there a way to stop the ageing of players when I play the carreer mode?? Because when I finally can get a good team most of the good players are gone because they were to old, or some other reason!! For example; now I am playing with Real Madrid in the season 2009/2010, but there are no Beckham, Ronaldo, Figo, Zidane etc, so as you can understand that's not fun!!
