When you have extracted 'Cueballs' files to a temp directory, create another folder, inside the temp directory, and name it 'Program files'. This 'Program files' folder should have been sent with Cueballs files! (My fault ).
After you have installed Call of Duty, from the original CD's, then you copy all the installed game files (from C:\Program files\Call of Duty) to the 'Programs files' folders in the temp folder.
Hope this helps.
