hmmm, when people dont see the download icon its usually because of a popup or ad blocking program being active? But I did notice you say yours are turned off? Your sure you dont have Nortons Firewall or Zonealarm or some other similiar program which is blocking them?
And btw you should have really posted your question in the Gamecopyworld support forum. (Its nearer to the bottom of the forum)
