yeah i got this, dont u read my postings?
and already installed...i will now say, what i have done.

Mount up Splinter cell 3 with daemon tools and then go to virtual cd/dvd rom Set device parameters and then u ll se at the upper left corner VENDOR yust rename it into USB 2.0 and also rename the box where it sas REVISION into 3.0

DONE!

Now unmount splinter cell but dont disable the drive cause you will need it.

Also disable cd and nodes with starforce nightmare version:1.12!!!

Done!! no ide drives anymore on my pc ...

Now the last thing yust mount splinter cell image directly from MY COMPUTER now right click on a drive and select mount image!!
And DONT mount that image on a virtual drive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dont do this in daemon tools cause it wont work!!

I FINALLY understood what this description wants from me ... and i can mount from MY COMPUTER on the dtool drive.

You need a full image of the game!!!

If you have more than 2 dvd devices you shoud be using only 1 yust disable other devices if you have more!!!YOU NEED TO HAVE 1 OPEN DEVICE IN DAEMON TOOLS AND 1 FROM YOUR COMPUTER !!!

So, it means i should NOT disable ALL my CD / DVD Rom Drives, only 1 of 2!! iam a little bit confused what i should do now, but i will disable first both of them, then i'll try with only one disabled...

Now you can go and see in DEVICE MANAGER/DVD/CD-ROM drives
and there shoud you see USB 2.0....

I see it, called usb 2.0 dvd/cdrom in device manager ...


But other questions....after installing splinter cell ... reboot to complete this stupid driver process or do it all step by step without rebooting all the time?

Should i kill these driver after reboot / before reboot with sfcleaner?

And what can i do with Star****?
