As reddragon says this game is easily stripped if you have the PAL version. And you can remove more than just the german stuff, I think there is french on it too.
If you're on NTSC it might be some languages like spanish (mexico) and in some cases french (canada) that you can strip away. Take a look in the sounds and movies folders and you will spot some files named ge, es, fr and those you can remove.
