The plot thickens...
I swapped out my mates laser and put it in mine. I set the drive up identically as it had been in his. Now, on his station, it works perfectly, but on mine, now CDs just click, click, click etc... and do nothing. But, on his, things work great. I tried a bit of calibrating just incase and nothing gives? DVD's work great still though.
So, does anyone have any ideas now as to whether it's laser or chip? Thanks... LUFCfan2004
