Hi dale_a_arato,
Apparently, a file is missing from your installed game. So, reinstall it. If it doesn't work, see if it works by reinstalling it from the original. If still no luck, well, ask the game publisher/manufacturer or send a post to the official game support forum. Good luck, Joe
