Ok I tried it, burned .mdf and .mds ( full image not mini one ) onto DVD( not a RW). When I run the game on my DVD drive ( not a RW Drive) ( which takes a long time to verify disk) I get the following:
"the disc Key you entered does not correspond to this disc in the drive. Make sure you use the correct Disc Key"

That is what I'm talkin about all the time. This another method for SF to tell us that it realized there is a copy inserted. Maybe this just doesn't happen at a few systems, depending on what hardware is used.
