 the company that manufactures this product has a FAQ page that should help ALL of you out. please try it. http://www.xundu.com/english/faq.asp LET ME KNOW HOW YOU COME OUT AS I HAVE ORDERED ONE OF THESE ALSO.

very complete manual, but in french
this is a very interesting link, especialy for the guy form the #25 post.
http://membres.lycos.fr/miniforum/manuel.html the only problem is that it is in french, but it can be read through bebelfish.altavista.com or something like that it seems that actually only the nand flash memory of the players is samsung, while the chip that does all the work is "atj2085" hope it helps
