No, I did not know that the game was dvd only at the time, I was told it was dvd only on the LE, and all the adverts and such I saw, I do not remember them saying "DVD only"..

it's rather sad that I have to wait 2 weeks because I don't have a dvd drive..so ****ing sick of starforce.

also, why are you saying "downloaded copy of splinter cell"? I said I purchased it 3 days ago. never said "downloaded it"
