What format is this?

One of my backups, when Unzipped, has these extensions:
.001, .NFO, .SFV.

What format is this? I've tried CloneCd, Nero and EasyCD... help!

And
1. Download a Game.
2. Extract the files to a directory on your hardrive.
3. You have 19 files now.
4. ####t WinRAR and browse to the directory with the filename.001 - filename.028 files.
5. Doubleclick the filename.001 file. Make sure the filepath reads ".001"
6. Click the Extract to button and click OK and wait.
7. Close WinRAR when the extracting is done.
8. ####t Discjuggler.
9. Click File ---------> New
10. You will see a popup window, select CD Image to CD Recorder and press OK.
11. In the Source box, type in the location of the "filename1.cdi" file.
12. In the Action box, select Write. Do Not Change Anything else.
13. Click on ####t . Click Ok when it asks to ####t Actual Burn.

hope that helps

Short answer: the .001 file is a .RAR file. Just load it in WinRAR and extract. The .NFO should've told you that though. Look at the .NFO under NOTEPAD.

The .SFV is file integrity data. You can compare CRC info with what's found there to determine whether your .RAR file is correct (I think, I've never used it).
