Do this it works for me
I bought me mp3-player from E-bay. I Have same problem I succeed to format my mp-player. It seems to shut down the whole time when I put it on. Do these go in the dos window in XP and write Format X: /FS FAT when X: is you mp-player’s place It works for me try this when I Format my mp3-player with FAT-32
