Yea i did buy the game, but i think the problem is my router. I talked to their tech support and tried everything, it still doesn't work. When i try to log in to the game lobby it freezes and then stops responding.

that game never works on my pc either, n if anything my computer has better specs than those required by the game

Hey woman, at least do our nation proud and give our country a capital S
 lol Try installing graphic card drivers, if ati goto ati.com if an nvidia one goto nvidia.com. You may be using the windows default drivers that do not support opengl too well. List what spec you have, so we can help more
