If the complete album is only one huge MP3-file, then try searching for a CUE-file with the same (or almost the same) name. After that load that CUE to CDRWin3.9k (www.goldenhawk.com) and burn your album to a CD-R. After that you have a album with seperated tracks.
The CUE-file should look like that: FILE "C:\THENAMEOFTHEHUGEFILE.MP3" BINARY TRACK 01 AUDIO INDEX 01 00:00:00 TRACK 02 AUDIO INDEX 01 09:32:69 TRACK 03 AUDIO INDEX 01 17:34:11 TRACK 04 AUDIO INDEX 01 25:06:44 TRACK 05 AUDIO INDEX 01 29:02:57 TRACK 06 AUDIO INDEX 01 35:36:71 ...
