Heres the deal...

The dll file is the proper exe but packed with the cd-protection, the exe is a loader which unpacks the dll into the memory to be run.

The 1.2 patch changes the dll file and exe file, so using the 1.0 crack will still have the side effects of previous bugs.


Try to stay away from cracks on p2p's only reason being your never to sure what you will get and if you do get a proper crack your never sure if its not infected with a home brew virii or trojan thats embedded with it.

I got the eMail from RedDragon and checked his V1.2 crack.
Both files (exe+dll) are the same with the available V1.0 crack from GCW.

THERE IS NO "REAL" V1.2 NOCD CRACK AVAILABLE.
(The crack works with the V1.2 update, but all the bugs/errors that were fixed with the update, will still be there.)

well i guess i am just lucky not to suffer from any of the problems that using the 1.0 crack with the 1.2 patch leaves behind

I guarantee you'll crash when you try to escape in the boat at the end of "The Society of Leopold". You just haven't noticed the other bugs yet.
