Football Manager 2005 mini-image

Help!!!!!!!

I really am struggling to get this patch to work.

I've got daemon tools and i have the mini image (i think - the shortcut is entitled fm2005mini.rar)

When i go to the top of the menu - virtual CD/DVD-ROM and then it says "Device 0: [E:] no media and then i go to mount image but can't find the correct file.

Where am i going wrong?

Can someone give me a SIMPLE walk along insruction?

I've tried this Mini Image, got it all mounted succesfully in Daemon tools, but I still can't run the game - I get something along the lines of "CD/DVD emulation software detected, please unload" - this is coming from someone who has the PROPER FULL GAME and I can't even play a game i paid for!! If i try it using the normal method, of just inserting the FM CD and running the game from my desktop, i get the CD emulation error message still. I've tried unloading everything (and i mean everything) with no luck. What can i do? How would this mini-image work anyway, because it uses Daemon, but FM doesn't load up when Daemon tools is detected?

have you downloaded the fm2005.mdi???

then open daamon tools > Virtual DVD Rom > MOUNT ON DRIVE > select your fm2005.mdi (the one you downloaded from gcw...

then the fm2005 folder will appear.. leave that alone and just start your fm game..

fm2005.mdi? Where do download that from?
The image i downloaded was the one on the first post on this topic. (Download 2)

Sorry, i didn't search before hand, too many pages! However, i still win, because I don't have Clone CD installed anyway...what next?

Update: scrap that, it's working now ...albeit MUCH slower than normal?

Mini-image can be downloaded from GameCopyWorld.
It can be mounted in Alcohol 120% 1.9.5 build 2722 and latest Deamon Tools.

Crack is not arrived. Crack will not be made EVER!

This is doing my head in!

I've installed the latest patch from the SI web site, I've installed Deamon Tools, I've downloaded the mini image from GCW and extracted it, I've set Deamon to Safedisc, I've mounted the mds file from the GCW site.

But It still comes up with the "Please insert original disc" message..... what have I missed?? People on this thread have mentioned an mdi file, but the extract from GCW has an mdf file and an mds file, am I using the right one? Do I need to put it in a specific place?

Any help greatly appreciated.....
