I use CloneDVD 2 and what i actually do is have the setting checked to "not delete the files after a successful read/write, (something like that anyway). When CloneDVD finishes reading the DVD, and ejects the disc, I cancel the program. Then i use Nero to burn the files as a DVD. Never had a problem doing it this way! Whereas yes I used to see your same error message a few times!
