I can´t get it working

Thanks for your help, but I have tried it all and the results are the same, when the protection sistem is checking the disc, my computer freezes and I have to restart it. Can anybody help please?

P.D. I am sure that it is not beacuse of my computer not beeing good enough to play the game, because I can play when I have not aplied any updates.
