Sounds like grapfic problem.
Update the latest ATI drivers 5.2. Update the latest DirectX 9.0c. Check if the card is supported by the game. Try if make a diffrent if you using the original .exe file. IF you done all that and it's still failing. CONTACT THE GAME PUBLISHER FOR FUTHER SUPPORT!
