CD image extension unknown (left blank) Please Help!

OMG! Thankyou! I didnt realise this. I just went to open with... WinRAR and it worked! When i first saw the files windows suggested a program (HJ-Join) so I assumed it had2 be done with that. I suppose i could have opened the file HJ-Join made in WinRAR aswel eh.?-

Ah it looks like ive just run into another problem

After unRARed > Click for screenshot (unpack.exe made the highlighted files)

what do i do with this now? use bin2boot? if so could someone elaberate on that please
