If these problems occur while you're trying to play the game with the original CD/DVD, then you should contact the game publisher/manufacturer or ask in the official game support forum instead. Good luck,

happened when i had the demo of it, most of the time it was my antivirus/firewall warning me agaisnt a threat, causing the game to minimize and freeze... try a reinstall and go to the offical fourms i guess
