thanks for the info
i found away round it with a couple of programs systemcleanA1 and believe it or not nero lol nero has the ability to see the hidden files programs ect ect so i used that to find the hidden files (make data cd ) < c: recylcle & d:recylcle> ran the systemclean program then got it to scan and clean nero and it worked ...

ok basicly, the files dont get deleted tottally, its just not adressed, which means u wont see them/find them and THEY WONT TAKE SPACE. so its nothing to worry about really.
