First off... it was a pain in the ass trying to find this drive's specs, since Liteon's website is so ass backwards designed.

Disc Format
ISO9660 Data Discs, CD-ROM(Mode 1 & Mode 2), Mixed Mode (Audio Combined CD-ROM Disc), CD-ROM/XA(Mode 2, Form 1 & Form 2), CD-I/FMV, Video CD, CD-DA, Photo-CD(Single & Multisession), Karaoke CD, CD Extra, CD-RW

Recommended Media
CD-R: TAIYOYUDEN, TDK, MITSUI CHEMICAL, MITSUBISHI CHEMICAL, RICOH, MAXELL, JUJI , PIONEER VIDEO, KODAK, PRINCO, RITEK, CMC, LEADDATA

CD-RW: MITSUBISHI CHEMICAL, RICOH, RITEK, PRINCO, CMC, JUJI, MAXELL

Nothing beyond that.. so yes to burning ISOs, probably yes to burning BINs. It better record to 74min CD-R(W), it should also record to a 80min one as well. Not too sure about 90min, I can't even find any of them around here, let alone through my wholesaler.

My suggestion, invest in a CD-RW in which the company who designed it, supports it better than Liteon, I suggest a Plextor.

True true.

Plextor is the end all be all really. But, if you want a cheaper alternative stick with a Yammy.
