Dummy files are easy to spot. They are just full of zeros. Just search suspected files and use a hex editor to list through them, if you find no data then delete it.
You con however downsample Sonic Adventure to fit on SB disk. Try editting the ####tup movie file so that it is 30 megs smaller.
