Well it depends on what your looking for out of a chip. If you simply want to boot your back-ups then depending on your version PS2 Duo2SE or Apple Pro. If you want a flashable chip with features then the MI or CC are tied for 1st IMO.

Shouldnt that be enough by its self?!?! But if you need another reason swap magic fails on some games, yes there are workarounds but with a chip no need for workarounds.
