Although it's easily found by anyone with less than a grade-school education by way of a quick SEARCH of this forum, I'll tell you (since I'm in a good mood).

You *CANNOT* read an original Dreamcast CD with a CD-Burner. It's just not possible. Don't even try!

The only way you'll ever copy an original Dreamcast CD is to interface your PC and Dreamcast machines by either serial cable or broadband connection and use special software on the Dreamcast machine to RIP the data from the disc.
