I wanted to add to this point. Most ntsc2pal or pal2ntsc patches come with a "Y" fix that fixes the off center problem. Now, if you patch and everything is fixed except for the off center prob, then more than likely that patch didnt have the "Y" fix. If you read the NFO's of the patches they usually tell you if there is a "Y" fix or not, and if not its usually because the game has its own screen adjustment in the options section. Tyler!
