I use WinMX, I think the website for that is winmx.com, if not you can always just search for winmx. All the downloads are free, and there are a lot of different genres of music + movies and various other file types

I mainly use bittorrent, and Kazaa Lite.

Soulseek is good too, and I keep meaning to try limewire out sometime.

I use something called "Gluz" look for it in the net. I think the site is www.gluz.com NO SPYWARE of any kind. It works just like LimeWire and it hooks up to limewire network so you get the same search results. The speed is fair
