DOA2 LE help

I downloaded DOA 2 LE and a clone CD boot disk....
the boot disk works fine,,, but when i put the game in after loding the boot disk.... it does not work and it just keeps on loading...... on the DOA 2 LE, CD i got 17 file (file type (.oo1) they are all 19,08mb except one which is 13.20mb..... and i put on a 17 mb dummy file on there and it all takes up 335mb...... and i have no idea why it is working i am very new to this and i haven't got a clue...... what is goin wrong
