Having a problem burning The Punisher

I just went to best buy today and bought punisher and i wanted to make a back up of it but it wasnt backin up i use dvd shrink i have a tdk burner i dont know what the deal is has anyone else had any problems burning the punisher please help and it stops and says error when it is encoding

Use clonedvd and anydvd.

i thinki fixed the problem with my program dvd shrink i think i changed something because my 1 dvd is now workin ill try this 1 in a few
