Hello, I hope its not too late to respond to your question. Most of the time that is the result of just poorly structure disks or I guess you can say, overly protected? I'd rather settle with the fact that they aren't made as the rest of the industry standard DVDs. I had this problem with Resident Evil Apocalypse. What you want to do is get the program VobBlanker and rip the folders to your pc. Then from there you can redirect CloneDVD2 to that folder that you just ripped and TADA! That should work.
