If you are referring to copying Official Dreamcast (GD-ROM) discs, short answer is: YOU DON'T!!!

Your CD recorder cannot read all of the data on an original Dreamcast CD. To copy a DC game, it requires you connect your PC and Dreamcast by serial or network connection and RIP the data to your PC by way of software loaded on both. This is not an easy or fast task. It's definitely not for a newbie!

Instead, try to find images on the Internet for the discs you want to copy. These disc images will be ready to burn and have already been ripped and downsampled, hacked and whatever else is needed to make them work. BTW, downsampling reduces the resolution and/or quality of any movies on the DC game, thus saving lots of space.
