well, the only way to get the patch would be from an official oxm demo disk. However, they usually don't unclude patches and I doubt they did for this game.
What does it say when you try to load the savegame? THat it is invalid? You probably have to resign the save with your HDD key to get it to work.

no actually it loads the save game just fine, just its a configuration save like for the dc and ps2, it doesnt contain the new bin
thanx tho . gonna have to find someone who had it and used on xbox live then modded there box . thanx quall can anyone else help? i tried xbins but they didnt have anything for this game
