Help with extracting sa2 files, not a newbie!

i have the echelon version
i cant make an image of SA2, thats why i have tried it this way.
normally i use player-recoder on DJ3 to copy other games, or just create an image and burn it with dj.

but i think i found the problem, i cant seem to copy any game (even games i have allready copied) so either my burner is screwed or my computer is screwed.
