Virtual-Mate protection, ideas anyone?

Hey guys, just posting to see if anyone knows anything about Virtual-Mate, an Online Authentication process used by certain games. We over at Rizon.net were wondering if anybody has any idea about it?

The link is http://www.virtual-mate.com , there are screenshots of the program working, its basically a STEAM type program but either way its a new type of protection we need to look at.
