Well, for what it's worth...

I downloaded the v1.0 trainer from GCW and had no "virus alerts".

I am running MOV v1.2 and using the aforementioned v1.0 trainer, and I do not experience any crashing, not at all. Not even once. The unlimited ammo always works for me, but the health does not. I was actually surprised that the ammo cheat worked! Thanks DABhand, I hope I have been helpful...and looking forward to your next trainer for MOV.
