How can i fly with the sword in the car on Halo 2?

you need:
1x spectra (or warthog, but can only hold 1 person)
1x banshee

• Sit in the passangers seat of the spectra with the sword.
• Have someone in a banshee fly close enough so that you can target with the sword
• after you can target, swing the sword and hold the R button
• Look up, still holding R
• Have the banshee fly as far away as possible, and tell you "when"
• After you are told "when", let go of R (still looking up) and press X to exit the passenger seat.

You will fly like a mofo. This trick is used to get ontop of the cranes on Headlong.
