Are you sure you dont have the blood version? You dont actually see blood on the ground or anything! You can only notice it sometimes when you shoot someone from a distance, its not as if blood pours from people even when you shoot them close up! When I next play, and notice a blood scene, I will send you a screenshot if you like. Just PM me a email address that I can send it to.
