thanks i will change my media to the suggested ones ..is it a good idea to run the originals through DVD Decrypter first .. or is making a straight copy ok?? thanks

Just make a direct backup. I have never seen a dvd PS2 game that required decrypting. People use dvd decrypter because its a excellent backup software and best of all its free

just to add if you are going to use verbatim's make sure they are the datalifeplus , not the datalife as the datalife have not been to good as of lately

Just use Verbatim, Ritek G04 taiyo yuden .. with DVD - Decrypter (iso. file) .... Your Laser will thank you

theres alos these handy lil things u put over the disc that keeps them from getting skiping and such from scuffs maybe u sould check into them how well do u keep the disk ??
