So after looking into 0.8 i modded it to my needs (german, my settings that worked with the fall, removed unneeded things etc) and what can I say? Perfectly. I can load up the prog, deactivate my drives, patch the drivers and start any game I want. After playing I reactivate and exit -> perfectly.

Are there instructions in english step-by-step on how to use this?

You really need english manual? Get version 0.81Beta & don't worry: u must understand, because since that version it includes settings menu & much more futures...
